Conyers advised Banyan Risk Ltd. on the launch of a new MGA, Banyan Excess Liability Ltd and its partnership with PartnerRe Insurance Solutions Ltd. (“PartnerRe”) to write excess casualty insurance cover, with PartnerRe providing capacity and shareholder support.
We also advised a long-term strategic partnership between Banyan Risk Ltd. and PartnerRe to expand its D&O insurance capacity. PartnerRe will own a minority stake in Banyan Excess Liability Ltd. and will provide insurance paper and capacity to it.
