- includes amendments to the BVI Business Companies Act, Revised Edition 2020 made by the BVI Business Companies (Amendment) Act, 2024, the BVI Business Companies (Amendment of Schedule 1) Order, 2024, and BVI Business Companies (Amendment of Schedule 1) (No. 2) Order, 2024 as well as amendments to the BVI Business Companies Regulations, Revised Edition 2020 made by the BVI Business Companies (Amendment) Regulations, 2024, and the inclusion of the BVI Business Companies and Limited Partnerships (Beneficial Ownership) Regulations, 2024 all in force on 2 January 2025.
