Conyers provided Bermuda legal advice to China Gas Holdings Limited (“China Gas”) in connection with the issue of up to RMB400 million green medium term notes with a repayment term of not exceeding seven years (2025 4th Tranche).
China Gas is a trans-regional, integrated energy suppliers and service providers, primarily engaged in the investment, construction and operation of city and township gas business in China.
