Conyers provided Cayman Islands legal advice to BCPE Chivalry Bidco Limited in connection with the privtisation of Chindata Group Holdings Limited (“Chindata”) by way of merger.
Chindata is a leading carrier-neutral data centre solution provider in Asia-Pacific emerging markets.
