Conyers provided Cayman Islands legal advice to Cathay International Pharma Manufacture And Distribution (China) Limited (“Cathay International”) in connection with the privatisation of Lansen Pharmaceutical Holdings Limited (“Lansen Pharmaceutical”) by Cathay International by way of a scheme of arrangement under section 86 of the Companies Act and its subsequent delisting from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Lansen Pharmaceutical is an investment and management platform for the development of medicine and health industry in China.
