Conyers acts as the Cayman Islands and BVI legal adviser to HighTide Therapeutics, Inc. (“HighTide”) on its global offering and listing on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (SEHK) on 22 December 2023. The global offering comprised a total of 24,194,000 shares (which comprise 2,419,500 Hong Kong offer shares and 21,774,500 International offer shares), priced at HK$11.5 per share, raised approximately HK$278.23 million.
HighTide is a biopharmaceutical company specialising in the discovery, development and commercialisation of multifunctional, multi-targeted therapies for the treatment of metabolic and digestive diseases.
