Conyers provided British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands legal advice to JY Grandmark Holdings Limited (“JY Grandmark”) in connection with its exchange offer to the holders of its outstanding 9.5% senior notes due 2024 and the issue of an aggregate amount of US$159 million 9.5% senior notes due 2025 pursuant to the exchange offer.
JY Grandmark is a property developer, operator and property management service provider based in the People’s Republic of China and primarily offers residential properties in Guangdong and Hainan provinces.
