Conyers provided Cayman Islands and BVI legal advice to Zhongshen Jianye Holding Limited (“Zhongshen Jianye”) in connection with the Initial Public Offering of its shares on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in the amount of HKD 128.7 million.
Founded in 2017, Zhongshen Jianye operates as a general contracting construction enterprise in China.
