Conyers provided Bermuda law advice to Aircastle Limited in connection with its offering of US$650 million aggregate principal amount of its 6.500% senior notes due 2028.
The notes offering closed on 18 July 2023, and Aircastle intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes, which may include the acquisition of aircraft, as well as refinancing a portion of its existing indebtedness.
