Conyers provided Bermuda law advice to Asia Satellite Telecommunications Holdings Limited (the “Company”) in connection with its US$130.8 million privatisation by Bowenvale Limited by way of scheme of arrangement.
Founded in 1988, the Company is a commercial operator of communication spacecraft based in Hong Kong.
Partner David Lamb and Legal Manager Yvonne Lee of Conyers’ Hong Kong office advised on the matter working alongside Latham & Watkins (Hong Kong) and Mayer Brown (Hong Kong).
