Conyers provided British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands legal advice to Best Linking Group Holdings Limited (the Company) in connection with its HK$55 million initial public offering of 40,000,000 shares on the GEM Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock code: 8617).
The Company is a slewing ring manufacturer in the PRC supplying products in construction equipment, military equipment, wind turbines and other fields.
