Conyers provided Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands legal advice to BoardWare Intelligence Technology Limited (“BoardWare Intelligence”) in connection with its listing of shares of HK$0.01 each in the share capital of BoardWare Intelligence on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock Code: 1204).
With over 10 years of operating history, BoardWare Intelligence provided end-to-end and high quality enterprise IT solutions to customers in Macau. BoardWare Intelligence is one of the few IT services providers in Macau which had the technical ability and resources to provide comprehensive, end-to-end solutions to customers in Macau.
