Rita Leung is an Associate in the Hong Kong Corporate practice.

Rita’s practice covers all aspects of corporate law and corporate finance transactions including initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and debt transactions, takeovers and privatisations, restructuring exercises and other securities-related transactions. Rita provides legal advice to companies incorporated in the Cayman Islands, Bermuda and the British Virgin Islands on general corporate, commercial and compliance matters. Her recent award-winning work includes ZJLD Group Inc’s Hong Kong IPO.

Rita was seconded to Conyers Singapore office for nine months in 2023, during which she deepened relationship with the wider Corporate team, and gained invaluable experience from servicing the firm’s regional clients.
