Conyers provided Cayman law advice to Bosideng International Holdings Limited (“Bosideng”) on its convertible bonds issue in an aggregate principal amount of US$275 million. The convertible bonds are listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.
Bosideng and its subsidiaries are principally engaged in the apparel business, with a developed expertise in down apparel in PRC, in which it has been widely recognised by consumers as an industry leader.
