Conyers acted as special legal counsel in the Cayman Islands to CAR Inc. in connection with an offer by CAR Inc. to purchase up to the Maximum Acceptance Amount of CAR Inc.’s outstanding 9.75% Senior Notes due 2024 for cash.
CAR Inc. was listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock Code: 699) and is primarily in the car rental business in mainland China.
