Alexander Doyle is Counsel in the Corporate department of Conyers in the Hong Kong office.

Alexander’s practice covers all aspects of corporate and commercial law in Bermuda, the Cayman Islands and BVI, specialising in:

• Corporate Financing: including syndicated and bilateral facilities, ship financing and fund financing.
• Investment Funds: establishment and ongoing operations of hedge, private equity, real estate and venture capital funds.
• Corporate and Fund Restructuring: advising on voluntary and involuntary restructuring projects, investor disputes, security enforcement and regulatory requirements.
• Regulatory and Risk Advisory: including funds and investment business, economic substance, anti-money laundering and remediation.

Alexander advises listed companies, international banks, shipping groups, investment funds and asset managers.

Alexander regularly delivers seminars on offshore investment funds and regulatory matters for clients and industry associations, including recent seminars in Hong Kong and Singapore on private equity funds and economic substance requirements in Bermuda, the Cayman Islands and BVI.
