Alexander Doyle is an Associate in the Corporate department of Conyers Dill & Pearman in the Hong Kong office. Alexander joined Conyers in 2012 and qualified as an Associate in 2013.

Alexander’s practice covers all aspects of corporate and commercial law, including corporate finance, investment funds, private equity, investment management, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations and the establishment and maintenance of partnerships, limited liability companies, segregated accounts companies and charities across multiple jurisdictions including Bermuda, BVI and the Cayman Islands.

Alexander advises public and private international companies, investment banks, licensed financial institutions, hedge funds, private equity funds, asset managers and family offices.
