Conyers provided Bermuda legal advice to China Gas Holdings Limited (“China Gas”) in connection with the issue of first trance of RMB1.5 billion medium term notes with a repayment term of 5 years on the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors.
China Gas is a trans-regional, integrated energy suppliers and service providers, primarily engaged in the investment, construction and operation of city and township gas business in China.
