Conyers acted as special legal counsel in Bermuda to China Shuifa Singyes Energy Holdings Limited (“China Shuifa Singyes Energy”) in connection with provision of a Bermuda legal opinion in respect of its proposed issuance (non-public offering) of RMB1.5 billion green bonds due not more than 5 years listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
China Shuifa Singyes Energy manufactures glass and stone curtain walls and solar energy and solar powered products worldwide.
