Conyers provided Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands legal advice to CR Construction Group Holdings Limited (the “Company”) in connection with its HK$138 million initial public offering of 138,850,000 shares on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock code: 1582).
Established in 1967, the Company is one of the leading contractors in Hong Kong focusing on construction business. It was ranked the third largest contractor by revenue in Hong Kong in 2018. Some of its completed projects include Hong Kong Science Park Building and the New Campus for the Hong Kong Design Institute and the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education.
