Conyers provided Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands legal advice to DaFa Properties Group Limited (“DaFa Properties”) in connection with its issue by DaFa Properties of up to US$100 million 9.95% senior notes due 2022 to be consolidated and form a single series with the DaFa Properties’s US$180 million 9.95% senior notes due 2022 issued on 19 January, 2021.
DaFa Properties is a real estate developer and is listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. It is involved in various large-scale real estate development projects including those in the Greater Bay Area, the Yangtze River Delta city cluster and Bohai Rim city cluster etc. It was founded in 1996 and is headquartered in Shanghai, the People’s Republic of China.
