Conyers Dill & Pearman provided Cayman Islands law advice to Dongpeng Holdings Company Limited on its US$190 million privatisation by Profit Strong and Max Glory (Joint Offerors) by way of a scheme of arrangement and its subsequent delisting from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Dongpeng Holdings Company Limited is primarily engaged in the production of ceramic tiles in the People’s Republic of China (PRC). The company designs, develops, produces, markets and sells a wide range of ceramic tile products and bathroom products under the brand Dongpeng.
