Conyers provided Bermuda legal advice to Minmetals Land Limited (“Minmetals Land”) in connection with its issue of an aggregate principal amount of CNY600 million 4.60% credit enhanced bonds due 2025 with the benefit of an irrevocable standby letter of credit issued by China Bohai Bank Co., Ltd., Tianjin Branch.
