Conyers provided Cayman Islands legal advice to E-Home Household Service Holdings Limited (“E-Home Household”) in connection with its successful initial public offering on the Nasdaq Capital Market raising approximately US$25 million. (NASDAQ: EJH)
E-Home Household provides distribution, installation, repairing and maintenance of home appliances as well as housekeeping services to customers in China.
