Conyers provided Cayman Islands legal advice to Finnish technology company MariaDB Corporation Ab (MariaDB), one of the fastest growing and most popular open source database software companies in the world, on the completion of its multi-jurisdiction business combination with the SPAC vehicle Angel Pond Holdings Corporation.
The combined entity is an Irish public limited company renamed MariaDB plc and, beginning on 19 December 2022, its shares and warrants will trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbols “MRDB” and “MRDB.WS” respectively.
