Conyers provided Cayman Islands legal advice to Frontage Holdings Corporation (the “Company”) in connection with its HK$1.6 billion initial public offering of 501,910,000 shares on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock code: 1521).
The Company is a contract research organization, providing laboratory and related services to pharmaceutical and agrochemical companies. It was incorporated in 2018 and is headquartered in Exton, Pennsylvania.
