Conyers provided Cayman Islands legal advice to Fu Shek Financial Holdings Limited (Fu Shek) in connection with its HK$125 million (US$16 million) initial public offering of 250,000,000 shares on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock code: 2263).
Fu Shek provides securities trading, placing and underwriting, and investment advisory services. It was found in 2001 and headquartered in Hong Kong.
