Conyers acted as special Cayman Islands legal counsel to Geely Automobile Holdings Limited, a Cayman company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (0175.HK) (the “Company”) in connection with the proposed issuance by the Company of its 2023 First Tranche Medium Term Notes in the principal amount of not exceeding RMB1.5 billion under the registered quota of 2023-2025 debt financing instrument RMB10 billion.
