Conyers provided Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands legal advice to Guanze Medical Information Industry (Holding) Co., Ltd. (“Guanze Medical”) in connection with its listing of shares of HK$0.01 each in the share capital of the company on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock Code: 2427).
Guanze Medical produces and sells medical imaging film products as well as providing medical imaging cloud services.
