Conyers Dill & Pearman provided Cayman Islands legal advice to Haidilao International Holding Ltd. (the “Company”) in connection with its HK$7.56 billion (US$963 million) initial public offering of 424,530,00 Shares on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock code: 6862)
Haidilao is a a restaurant chain that specializes in serving hot pot. With restaurants typically operating under the name “Hi Di Lao Hot Pot”, they have locations across China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, South Korea and Japan.
