Conyers provided British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands legal advice to Hilong Holding Limited (the “Company”) in connection with its issue of US$200 million 8.25% Senior Notes due 2022.
Established in 2002, the Company is listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (Stock code: 1623). It specializes in high-end oilfield equipment and integrated oil services for petroleum and natural gas development headquartered in China.
