Conyers advises Hongcheng Environmental Technology Company Limited (“Hongcheng”) in connection with its HK$255 million public offering of 250,000,000 shares on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock Code: 2265).
Hongcheng focuses on gold mine hazardous waste treatment, recycling and extracting therefrom resources with economic value for sale in China Shandong province.
