Conyers acted as Cayman Islands legal counsel to Hop Hing Group Holdings Limited (“Hop Hing”) on the HK$228 million privatisation of Hop Hong by way of a scheme of arrangement (under Section 86 of the Companies Act) and its subsequent delisting from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Hop Hing is principally engaged in the operation of quick services restaurants business under the brand names Yoshinoya and Dairy Queen in northern China.
