Conyers provided British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands legal advice to Jiayuan Services Holdings Limited (“Jiayuan Services”) in connection with its HK$624 million global offering of 150,000,000 shares on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. (Stock Code: 1153)
Headquartered in Jiaxing, Zhejiang province, Jiayuan Services provides property management services such as cleaning, security, gardening and repair and maintenance services across China for over 15 years.
