Conyers provided Cayman Islands legal advice to Jiu Zun Digital Interactive Entertainment Group Company Limited in connection with its HK$170 million initial public offering of 126,000,000 shares on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock code: 1961).
Founded in 2011, the issuer provides different digital entertainment content such as android operating mobile games and e-magazines etc. in the People’s Republic of China.
