Conyers provided Cayman Islands legal advice to JY Grandmark Holdings Limited (the Company) in connection with its HK$1.264 billion initial public offering of 400,000,000 shares on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock code: 2231).
The Company is a property developer, operator and property management service provider based in the PRC. It offers residential properties in Guangdong, Hainan, Yunnan and Hunan, the PRC.
