Conyers provided British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands legal advice to Leading Holdings Group Limited (“Leading Holdings”) in connection with its HK$1.42 billion global offering of 250,000,000 shares on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. (Stock Code: 6999)
Since 1999, Leading Holdings have been offering property management services throughout China. With the national first class property development qualification, it forms a diversified enterprise group that provides real estate development, commercial operation, and hotel management.
