Conyers advises Logan Group Company Limited in connection with its issue of up to HK$1.95 billion 6.95% cash settled equity linked securities due 2026

Conyers provided Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands legal advice to Logan Group Company Limited (“Logan Group Company”) in connection with its issue of up to HK$1.95 billion 6.95% cash settled equity linked securities due 2026.

Logan Group Company is a known investor and developer of properties in China. Along with its subsidiaries, it engages in property development, property leasing and construction contracts, and is headquartered in Shenzhen, China.
