Conyers assisted Macquarie AirFinance Holdings Limited (“MAF”) in connection with its issue of US$500 million aggregate principal amount of its 6.400% Senior Notes due 2029 and US$500 million aggregate principal amount of its 6.500% Senior Notes due 2031 (together, the “Notes”) in a private offering, and the listing of the Notes on the Cayman Islands stock exchange.

The Notes are jointly and severally guaranteed by certain of MAF’s direct and indirect subsidiaries. MAF plans to use the net proceeds from the sale of the Notes to prepay a portion of the outstanding principal amount of the Company’s existing secured debt.

The transaction was led by Partner Barnabas Finnigan in Conyers’ London office and Senior Associate Nick Ward in Conyers’ Cayman Islands office. Vedder Price acted as US counsel to MAF.
