Conyers provided Bermuda legal advice to Media Asia Group Holdings Limited on its privatisation by way of a scheme of arrangement and its subsequent delisting from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Media Asia Group Holdings Limited is one of the leading Chinese language entertainment group in China. Media Asia Group Holdings Limited was incorporated in the Cayman Islands in February 2000 and changed its domicile to Bermuda in December 2009. It has been listed on GEM of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited since 31 May 2001.
