Conyers provided Cayman Islands legal advice to Ming Yuan Cloud Group Holdings Limited (the “Company”) in connection with its HK$5.91 billion initial public offering of 374,204,000 shares on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock code: 909).
The Company is a market leader in providing software solutions to property developers and other industry participants along the real estate value chain in China. The Company has developed a comprehensive suite of industry-specific ERP solutions and SaaS products for their clients to manage a wide range of business operations, including sales and marketing, procurement, cost management, project management, budgeting, and property asset management.
