Conyers provided Cayman Islands legal advice to New Horizon Health Limited (“New Horizon”) in connection with its HK$2.02 billion global offering of 76,598,000 shares on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock Code: 6606).
New Horizon is a cancer screening bio-tech firm whose retail offering was 4133 times over-subscribed, the second highest on record.
