Christopher Bickley is a Partner and Head of Asia and Managing Partner of Hong Kong office of Conyers. He joined Conyers in 1994.
Christopher’s practice covers all aspects of corporate law, with specialist expertise in corporate finance. He has extensive experience advising on initial public offerings and share listings on the Main Board and the Growth Enterprise Market of The Hong Kong Stock Exchange, as well as on exchanges in NASDAQ, NYSE, Shanghai, London, Singapore and Australia. His experience also includes debt financings, schemes of arrangements, restructurings, fundraising, private equity investment, and offshore share holder disputes.
He is the author of “Bermuda, British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands Company Law” by Thomson Reuters/Sweet & Maxwell Asia.
Christopher has been recognised as a leading lawyer for over a decade in legal directories including IFLR 1000, Legal 500, Chambers, Asia Legal Business and China Business Law Journal.
