Conyers provided Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands legal advice to Optima Automobile Group Holdings Limited (the “Company”) in connection with its HK$60 million initial public offering of 250,000,000 shares on the GEM of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock code: 8418).
Founded in 2012, the Company is a one-stop after-market automotive service provider in Singapore. It provides comprehensive and integrated automotive-related services including inspection, maintenance and repair services and car rental.
