Conyers provided British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands legal advice to Redco Properties Group Limited (“Redco Properties”) in connection with its solicitation of consents from the holders of its 9.9% senior notes due 2024 and 10.5% senior notes due 2023 (the “Notes”) to certain amendments to the indentures constituting the Notes.
Redco Properties is an integrated residential and commercial property developer primarily focusing on residential property development in the People’s Republic of China with an established presence in a number of key economic cities in the Greater Western Taiwan Straits Economic Zone, the Bohai Economic Rim, the Central and Western Regions and the Pearl River Delta Region.
