Conyers acted as special Bermuda counsel, advising Sanders Re III Ltd. on its issuance of US$150,000,000 Series 2022-2 Class A Principal-at-Risk Variable Rate Notes due 7 June 2025, US$100,000,000 Series 2022-2 Class B Principal-at-Risk Variable Rate Notes due 7 June 2025 and US$37,500,000 Series 2022-2 Class C Principal-at-Risk Variable Rate Notes due 7 June 2023 to investors.
Conyers’ role included assisting with the preparation of documents, facilitating the listing of the notes on the Bermuda Stock Exchange and providing Bermuda law advice to the company up to closing.
