Conyers provided Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands legal advice to Shenghui Cleanness Group Holdings Limited (“Shenghui Cleanness”) in connection with its HK$132.6 million initial public offering of 414,375,500 shares on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock code: 2521).
Shenghui Cleanness is a cleaning and maintenance services provider in Guangdong province PRC.
