Conyers provided Cayman Islands legal advice to Sinic Holdings (Group) Company Limited (the Company) in connection with its HK$2.107 billion initial public offering of 529,412,000 shares on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (Stock code: 2103).
The Company is a large-scale and all-inclusive property developer headquartered in China, focusing on residential development and commercial properties.
