Conyers provided Cayman Islands legal advice to Suchuang Gas Corporation Limited (“Suchuang Gas”) in connection with its privatisation by way of a scheme of arrangement (under Section 86 of the Companies Act) and its subsequent delisting from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Suchuang Gas is a piped natural gas operator in Taicang of Jiangsu Province.
