Conyers provided Cayman Islands and BVI legal advice to Sunac China Holdings Limited (the “Company”) in connection with its issue of 8.35% Senior Notes due 2023 with an aggregate principal amount of US$200 million to be consolidated and form a single series with the US$450 million 8.35% Senior Notes due 2023, secured by, among others, share charges given by the Company and its BVI subsidiaries.

The Company is principally engaged in the sale of properties in the People’s Republic of China.
