Conyers provided Cayman Islands and BVI legal advice to Sunac China Holdings Limited (the Company) in connection with its issue of 7.5% Senior Notes due 2024 with an aggregate principal amount of US$650 million, secured by, among others, share charges given by the Company and its BVI subsidiaries.

The Company is principally engaged in the sale of properties in the People’s Republic of China.
